Conditions

If you are prevented from keeping our appointment, our terms are:

• If cancelling individual coaching or therapy sessions: At latest 2 days before the appointment – No charge. By later cancellation 1 hour is charged.
• When cancelling consultancy and specified assignments: By cancellation 7 – 14 days before the assignment 50% of the fee is invoiced. By cancellation less than 7 days before the assignment the full amount is invoiced.
• An open course registration is economically binding. We can however accept a substitute participant after successful mutual screening.
